wednesday.
i got up late again.
ive been so sleepy these past few days, i wonder what's wrong with my system.
plus i've been over eating, so the last 3 kilograms  I lost over the past week totally just found themselves the nice spot right back where they last were – the infamous rear end.

oh if only i was born with Scarlett Johanson's body.


anyway, here are some pictures from saturday.
all hallow's eve.

i didnt go clubbing.
believe it or not i went to watch the michael jackson movie – This Is It.
oh my god Michael Jackson was like a walking dancing singing skeleton.
with giant hands and feet.
and a tiny head, not to mention an almost non-existent nose.
but oh my god, could he sing. i love michael jackson. there's no doubting that.

yes, so i went as alice in wonderland.
fashioned together an ensemble all from my own collection.
hahaha.
a white skirt that i dyed blue. and lemme tell you how i did it.
i had a blue scarf that i noticed always ran during every wash, so i threw it in a pot of boiling water along with my white skirt and let it just sorta have a little spa over the stove.
then yay presto! i got my blue skirt.
alice actually wears a blue dress. but ey. i didnt have a blue dress, or a white one and i wanted to dye blue in any case.
moving on!

then i got a blue t-shirt, and i sewed a white apron, got a black ribbon, stole my brother's long white soccer socks, busted out my blonde wig from my hannah montana gig, (i knew i had other uses for that wig – great snag! chinatown! old people's park! 3rd floor, look for a skinny chinese woman named Angie in a overcrowded accessories shop – that's where i got my wig for only $40! In other places they'll overprice you! ) slipped on some black pumps and i was ready!

John who was there at the party thought i was Dorothy.

oh yes, I didnt mention that it was also a birthday party for my God-Sister Aleia did I?

She turned 3 on the 1st of Nov, the cute little baby girl.

=> Each programme will consists of at least 8 cast members.



=> The 2 groups will compete and see who can garner the most donations. We will be washing two cars simultaneously.



=> Car owners are welcome to donate any amount towards the car wash (of course, the more the merrier…)



=> All donations will go to towards MediaCorp’s adopted charities – Rainbow Centre Balestier School and HCA Hospice Care and Class 95FM adopted charity – Operation Smile.



Promotion:-



=> On-air promotion on Channel 5 and MediaCorp Radio Stations, Class 95FM will be supporting this event. DJs will ad lib about the event a few days prior to the event and on the day itself.

I was getting a little antsy waiting for the artist talk to start, they were running a little late and I can get impatient. But I was very pleasantly surprised by him and very impressed with the work he's done. I quite enjoyed the films he's produced. Life of Imitation and In the Mood for Love in particular.

I got a little bit of work done today. Drew a little bit more, and wrote a bit for my essay. An eensy teensy little bit.

I really love this new TV series, Glee. It's a show about high school kids and their extra curricular activities. Glee is actually the name of the Choir Club in High School. And their Cheerleading Club is called Cheerios! The singing in the show is really very good, and they sing pop songs in the show. This week's episode had them performing, No Air by Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown, and Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne. I like all these chick flick type shows. Gossip Girl being another. Chuck Bass is gonna get kissed by a dude soon apparently.

I really wanna start an A cappella group now. I've realized how much I really love to sing. It's so liberating. I feel so empowered after I sing. It's crazy.

Maybe I've just had too much exposure to Fine Art. I feel like my body is overflowing with it's bullshit.
Sometimes it seems all so futile. Art is just bullshit sometimes. It's like anyone can make art nowadays, and if you know the right people in the industry and manage to talk your way in, or pay your way in, then yay presto, you've got your next exhibition there. whoot!

yeah yeah yeah, but what makes it good?
I think, what makes it different and outstanding is more applicable.
what attracts, and sustains the attention of the public.
What captivates the audience? Something they haven't already seen?

let's see. saturday was fun. what happened?
oh yes. i woke up at 3pm cause i was out the whole night, friday.
haha. then saturday met up with yul, min, min's friends.. twas very very fun.
sunday. church. sang well apparently.
then went home to sleep.
then what? oh yes. aunty pris' birthday! it was ashleigh's birthday too!
she got a football kicked at her face.
poor baby.
monday. school. watched a movie for class.
art school confidential.
mocked art. like it.
tuesday.i drew. two chicks. i think they're pictures of me, but i dont know.
wednesday. ive got dance today! :)

still saturday

last night was fun.
went to elissa's 21st birthday party at scremé with alice. played a couple fer her. met her mummy and her siblings. very nice folks. scremé's quite a nice place too. then i went home. well sorta. i almost went home. i went round the corner to a friends place then ended going to zirca with all of em. ahhaha! king kong doesnt work at zirca anymore! it's just terrible. :(
got home before mummy left for work. at about 4 in the morning.
got up at 3pm today.
terrible.
then followed mummy to go look at lights for our house.
she wants to get new lights for her room and the study/library area.
she picked out some nice ones. old fashioned ones for the study and some pretty, black goth like chandeliers for her room! sweet!

ive gotta go for a party tonight. it's fly's 10 anniversary.
but i gotta sing tmr morning so i dont think i'll stay out too late.
